01Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the "Gol Ya Poch" mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This is a legally binding agreement between you and 4LINB LLC. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue use.

02Account & Security

To access the game, you must create an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4LINB LLC securely stores your progress and wallet balance on our backend servers, but we are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your device or account.

03User Generated Content & Conduct

"Gol Ya Poch" utilizes live camera and microphone access to create an immersive gameplay experience. Apple App Store and Google Play Store require strict adherence to User Generated Content (UGC) safety guidelines.

By using the voice and video chat features, you agree to a Zero Tolerance Policy against the following:

• Hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind.
• Bullying, harassment, or verbal abuse of other players.
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or excessively graphic violence.
• Using cheats, bots, or third-party software to manipulate the game.

04Subscriptions & Virtual Goods

The Service offers in-app purchases for virtual coins and "Pro" subscriptions.

• Processing: All financial transactions are securely processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store your credit card information.
• Final Sales: Purchases of virtual coins are final and non-refundable.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends via your OS device settings.

05Limitation of Liability

"Gol Ya Poch" is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. 4LINB LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service, server uptime, or bug-free gameplay. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the application.

06Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
