01Agreement to Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 4LINB LLC ("4LINB," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of Gol Ya Poch (the "Service"), a real-time multiplayer guessing and bluffing game available on the Web at golyapoch.com, on the Apple App Store (iOS), and on Google Play (Android). 4LINB LLC is based in Signal Hill, California, United States.

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

02Your Account

To play, you create an account using your email address. Our sign-in is passwordless: you log in with your email and a 6-digit one-time code. We never set or store account passwords.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us at support@golyapoch.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your email or device secure.

03Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Post, transmit, or share objectionable content, including hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, nudity or sexually explicit content, or illegal content.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, automation, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate gameplay, coins, or leaderboards.
• Impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or violate the privacy or rights of other users.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

04User-Generated Content & Zero-Tolerance Moderation

Gol Ya Poch enables live interaction between players, including chat and optional voice and video. As required by the Apple App Store (Guideline 1.2) and Google Play's user-generated content policies, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no tolerance for hate speech, harassment, threats, nudity or sexual content, or any illegal content.

To keep the community safe, we provide:

• In-app reporting of users and content directly within the app.
• The ability to block abusive users so you no longer interact with them.
• An active moderation team that reviews reports and takes action, typically within 24 hours.
• Removal of violating content and permanent bans of offending accounts, without refund.

05Voice & Video Features

The Service offers optional real-time voice and video chat during live matches, using your device's microphone and camera. We request your explicit operating-system permission before accessing these features, and you may decline or revoke permission at any time without losing access to the rest of the game.

Voice and video are transmitted in real time and are not recorded or stored on our servers after a match concludes. Your use of these features is subject to the Code of Conduct and content standards above.

06Virtual Currency (Coins)

"Coins" are a virtual, consumable in-app currency used within the Service. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and are licensed to you for use within the game rather than owned. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use Coins in the Service.

We may manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate Coins at any time, and we are not liable for any loss of Coins resulting from account termination for a violation of these Terms.

07Subscriptions, Free Trial & Auto-Renewal

The Service offers a VIP "Pro" auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, with a 1-month free trial for eligible new members. The following disclosures apply:

• The subscription automatically renews until cancelled.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account (or to your card via Stripe for web subscriptions) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — or, for web subscriptions, in your account dashboard at golyapoch.com.

08Refunds

Coins and other consumable purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription and in-app purchase refunds for the App Store and Google Play are handled by Apple and Google in accordance with their respective policies; please direct such requests to the applicable store. For purchases made on the web through Stripe, contact us at support@golyapoch.com. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

09Account Termination & Bans

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, directly within the app or at golyapoch.com/delete-account. We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, remove content, and revoke Coins and benefits, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds. Following deletion, we may retain limited records as described in our Privacy Policy, including to prevent fraud and repeat free-trial abuse.

10Intellectual Property

The Service, including its name, logo, software, game design, graphics, and text, is owned by 4LINB LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

11Third-Party Services & App Stores

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and security), Resend (email delivery), and Apple, Google, and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and 4LINB LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. To the extent the App Store requires it, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your download and use of the iOS app, and where any conflict arises, the additional terms required by Apple control for App Store downloads. Similar acknowledgments apply to apps obtained through Google Play in accordance with Google's terms.

12Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4LINB LLC and its officers, members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, coins, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. 4LINB LLC is the operating entity responsible for the Service. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
