01Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how 4LINB LLC ("4LINB," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use Gol Ya Poch (the "Service"), a real-time multiplayer guessing and bluffing game available on the Web at golyapoch.com, on the Apple App Store (iOS), and on Google Play (Android). 4LINB LLC is based in Signal Hill, California, United States.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service. This policy is designed to comply with the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as applicable privacy laws including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

02Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate a secure, fair, and functional multiplayer game. The categories of data we collect are:
- Account information: your email address and a username (either auto-generated for you or chosen by you).
- Optional profile information: a mobile phone number, date of birth, and a favorite color, if you choose to provide them.
- Authentication data: transient one-time login codes. Our sign-in is passwordless — we never collect, set, or store account passwords (see Section 11).
- Gameplay data: your coin balance, wins and losses, level, points, leaderboard rank, and match history.
- Device and connection data: your IP address and basic device and operating-system information, used for security, anti-fraud, and rate-limiting purposes.
- Transaction records: a record of purchases and subscriptions (we do not receive or store your full payment-card details — see Section 7).
03How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and maintain your account and authenticate you through one-time login codes.
- To operate the Service, including real-time matchmaking, synchronizing game state, tracking coins, levels, points, and leaderboard standings.
- To enable optional voice and video chat during live matches (see Section 4).
- To process purchases and manage subscriptions, free trials, and renewals.
- To protect the Service and our users through security monitoring, anti-fraud measures, rate-limiting, and prevention of free-trial abuse.
- To review reports, moderate content, and enforce our Terms of Use and Code of Conduct.
- To provide customer support and send essential service and security communications.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
04Camera & Microphone
Gol Ya Poch requests access to your device's camera and microphone for one purpose only: to enable optional real-time voice and video chat with other players during a live match. These features use WebRTC to transmit audio and video directly in real time.
We request your explicit operating-system permission before the camera or microphone is ever accessed, and you can decline or revoke that permission at any time in your device settings without losing access to the rest of the game.
05Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the Service you request, including account creation, gameplay, and purchases.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, and maintain fair play, balanced against your rights and interests.
- Consent: for optional features such as camera and microphone access, which you may grant or withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, including financial record-keeping and lawful requests.
06How We Share Information & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service, and only to the extent required to perform their functions:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database storage, security and DDoS protection, and global edge delivery.
- Resend — delivery of transactional emails such as one-time login codes and account notices.
- Apple, Google, and Stripe — processing of in-app purchases and subscriptions (App Store / In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and Stripe on the web, respectively).
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or 4LINB.
07Payments
Gol Ya Poch offers coins as a consumable in-app purchase and a VIP "Pro" auto-renewing subscription. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase), Google (Google Play Billing), or Stripe (on the web), depending on the platform you use.
4LINB LLC does not receive or store your full payment-card details; that information is handled directly by the applicable payment processor. We retain only the transaction records needed to deliver your purchase, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Coins have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Further purchase, subscription, and refund terms are set out in our Terms of Use.
08Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time, directly within the app or at golyapoch.com/delete-account.
When you delete your account, we remove your profile information, username, optional fields, and gameplay data such as coin balance, match history, and leaderboard records. One-time login codes are short-lived and expire automatically.
09Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your data, and to obtain a portable copy of it.
EU/EEA/UK users (GDPR): you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. 4LINB does not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. We operate in accordance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the families policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, a parent or guardian may contact us at support@golyapoch.com and we will promptly delete the information.
11Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, authentication is handled through signed tokens, and we apply rate-limiting and abuse-protection controls across the Service. Because our sign-in is passwordless, there are no account passwords for an attacker to steal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
12Cookies & Local Storage
On the web at golyapoch.com, we use local storage only to keep you signed in (your session token) and to remember your light or dark theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies or local storage to build advertising profiles.
13International Data Transfers
4LINB is based in the United States, and our infrastructure provider Cloudflare operates a global network. As a result, your data may be processed and stored in multiple countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it in accordance with applicable law.
14Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
