You can delete your Gol Ya Poch account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. It takes about thirty seconds and nothing is held back.
Tap Profile in the bottom bar, then the gear at the top right.
At the bottom, tap Delete account, then ask for the code.
We email a six-digit code to your address, so nobody else can delete your account.
Deletion is immediate. You are signed out on every device.
Your data
Your email address.
Your display name, handle and profile picture.
Your rating, record and ranking.
Who you follow, and who follows you.
Every sign-in session, on every device.
Your notification tokens, your blocks, and any pending sign-in codes.
Matches you already finished stay in the system as anonymous records — scores, round outcomes and times — with your account replaced by a permanent placeholder. This keeps your former opponents' ratings correct.
Nothing in those records identifies you, and they cannot be traced back to your email address.
Gol Ya Poch never records or stores your video or audio, so there is no match footage to delete — it never existed on our side. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
Premium subscribers: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — Apple or Google would keep charging you. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Locked out?
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We check the request comes from that address and delete the account within two business days.
